What we collect and why
When you send us an inquiry through the form on this website, we receive the details you fill in: your name, company, email address, current website, approximate budget, the package you picked and your message.
We use them only to reply to you, prepare a proposed scope and price, and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare the contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Filling in the form is voluntary, but without an email address we can't reply.
We don't use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we don't sell them to anyone.
Who processes the data for us
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) receives the form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- WebSupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) hosts the website. Like any web server, it keeps technical access logs such as IP address, time and requested page for security and operation.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can follow up on the conversation. If we start working together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the law requires for contracts and accounting.
Cookies and browser storage
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It only stores two small settings in your own browser: the currency you picked in the price list and whether you closed the message in the bottom corner. They never leave your device and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Write to hello@codzea.com and we'll reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
